Wings is not simply a gymnasium or a beauty salon. Wings Health Spa is a complete lifestyle and wellness centre. Both male and female clients are welcome to enjoy our private boutique-style facilities without the pressures and judgmental eyes often found in large health clubs with a large number of members. We work on a booking system to ensure that you never have to wait for your turn or feel crowded.

 

Our gymnasium is fully equipped with the latest TechnoGym computerised fitness equipment that utilises a key for each member to keep track of their program and progress. A simple touch screen system allows you to access all your information at the touch of a finger.

Our personal training packs are tailor made to suit your specific needs. We have both male and female fitness trainers. All sessions have a one hour duration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PT sessions do not have to be redeemed at regular time intervals such as once per week. You may choose to have 2 sessions in one week and none in the next.

All PT, gym and group fitness sessions must be booked through reception please.
