Yoga

Rid your mind of the stresses that daily life can bring upon all of us; utilizing breathing, stretching and holding static positions. Learn how the breath can reenergize you and rid you of any excess stress that life in our modern day can place upon us. The ancient art of yoga aims to unite the body, mind and spirit making you feel stronger, leaner, connected and ready to tackle the tasks of the day. Our yoga instructor will give individualised help so all abilities are welcome. Personal one on one yoga available on request.

 

Pilates

Pilates conditions the body from head to toe with a no to low impact approach suitable for all ages & abilities. Pilates can improve strength, flexibility & restores balance. It helps build long lean muscles & tones the body. Pilates is a great workout for those who want to gain greater flexibility & increase the mobility around the joints.

 

Fat Burner Circuit

A great class designed to specifically target weight loss. This class will elevate your heart rate through a combination of cardio and weight bearing equipment. One of our instructors clearly takes you through the class with a warm up, work out and a great stretch to finalise the class. Great for all abilities that want to rid the body of excess fat & keep it off!!

 

X trainer

Run, Cycle and X- train your way to cardio fitness .Blast your way through high energy interval training. Specifically for people that want to increase their cardiovascular fitness.
