Gift vouchers are also available for any occasion, so why not share the experience of Wings Day Spa with a personalised gift voucher, wonderful for family, friends and employees. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are available to purchase over the telephone and mailed to you the same day. There´s no need to go it alone — we cater for girl´s day in, hen´s parties, corporate groups, group therapy, there is something for even the toughest crowd.

Spa Basics

What do I wear during my treatment?

You may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear, bathrobes and slippers are provided for treatments when necessary and swimwear is required for wet treatments.

Choose what is most comfortable for you, our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

We recommend you wear minimal jewellery — please leave jewellery at home or in your hotel room. To preserve the tranquil environment of the Spa we would kindly request that all mobile phones be switched off during your time with us.

When to arrive

We recommend you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for you to change and complete a consultation form.

What if I´m late for my appointment?

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatments. Your treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. However if no guest follows your booking you can enjoy the full duration of your treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However your booking time is totally allocated for you and no-one else. So out of consideration for our therapists who are here just for your treatment and for other clients who have missed a booking in your allocated time slot, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. If shorter periods of notice are given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred and a "no show" fee will be charged at full price. This also applies for gift vouchers.

Payments are accepted by Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and VISA.

Please do not request changes to our policy as refusal may offend. Booking an appointment at Wings Day Spa is an acknowledgement of these conditions.

Medical condition

Please inform your spa receptionist and spa therapist of any health concerns that you may have when making your booking and when completing your client card. Our expert therapists can correctly advise on special conditions.

Pregnancy

We recommend that you wait until your second trimester to enjoy massage and body therapies and there will be some spa therapies that you will not be able to experience during your pregnancy, however you can relax and enjoy skin therapies and hand and foot therapies at any time during your pregnancy. Please inform reception upon your time of booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on suitable treatments for you during this special time.

Double suite

We offer a specifically designed room for precious time out for two. Our Double Suite is the perfect way to enjoy and experience our ultimate pampering with a special friend, relative or partner.

Group bookings

Spa time is the perfect way to celebrate in style with friends or family. We will be delighted to help you organise a wonderful spa experience to suit your requirements.
